Denny O'Brien Senior Expo, September 20, 2007
As volunteers, we attended the Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representative's Senior Expo 2007 in Northeast Philadelphia. Seniors, older adults, and caregivers from the area came for a day of valuable information and resources about what services and programs are available to them in many areas of their lives. Many stopped at our SeniorLaw Center table for information about general legal issues. We had a great day.

Philadelphia Museum of Art: Perelman Building
On September 7, 2007, my wife, Lynn, and I visited the new Perelman Building, across the street from the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It is a beautifully restored Art Deco building, including the elevator -- all original hardware. The inside of the building is breathtaking. We saw some of the Museum's collections, including costume, photographs, and modern and contemporary design. Also, we visited the cafe and Museum shop.
Put the Perelman Building on your must see list.
