Next Thursday, October 5, 2006, Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton will be in town to receive '06 Liberty Medal at the National Constitution Center (NCC). They are being honored for their work supporting the victims of Hurricane Katrina and the 2004 Asian tsunami. ABC World News will be here.

Charles Gibson will anchor ABC World News live from the NCC. WPVI will carry the ceremony live at 7 p.m.
